In Ehime prefecture's agriculture, prevention of abandoning cultivation and conservation of good agricultural land are urgent issues, so it is necessary to promote accumulation and sharing of agricultural land information and adjustment of agricultural land use, through collaboration of local agricultural organizations such as local governments, agricultural committees, agricultural cooperatives, etc. Recently, it is important to accumulate and consolidate agricultural land to "management of leaders", and an agricultural interim management project was started in 2014. In order to smoothly accumulate and consolidate the agricultural land, it can be said that it is crucial to establish a cooperative structure among local agricultural organizations.

Based on the above points, we will conduct survey and research on the way of farmland management system in regional area for aggregation and concentration of farmland with municipal level in mind. Specifically, it is important to clarify: (1) what kind of functions the municipalities, the agricultural committee and the agricultural cooperatives should exert and how to establish cooperative relationships for farmland accumulation and concentration, (2) how to utilize farmland information accumulated in agricultural committees and agricultural cooperatives.
