Faculty Introduction
The Faculty of Agriculture was reorganized into three departments in April 2016.
Educational Philosophy
The educational philosophy of the Faculty of Agriculture is to train students to become talented researchers who contribute to building a sustainable society in symbiosis with the natural environment by developing bio-production technology and ensuring a stable supply of safe and secure food; by elucidating biological functions and using bioresources; and by gaining specialized knowledge and technical expertise in creating, rehabilitating, preserving, managing, and using biological environments. These researchers will help to resolve the issues related to food, life, and the environment from an international perspective but work at the regional level.
